Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor or Developer/Builder.
• Experience delivering multifamily construction projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily garden style projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
