Michael Page US is assisting a South Florida contractor with a hands-on role on a 110-unit, 8-story multifamily development in Miami. You will assist daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor progress against the schedule.

The successful candidate has ground-up multifamily experience on 100+ unit projects, a strong grasp of sequencing and site logistics, and the ability to lead multiple subcontractors across project phases.

Qualifications

• Ground-up multifamily construction experience required.
• Residential projects with 100+ units preferred.
• Strong scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors across project phases.
• Proven track record delivering quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily field operations on a 110-unit, 8-story multifamily development.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor work progress against schedule.
• Support site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve construction issues to keep work moving.
• Collaborate with Superintendent and project team throughout construction.
