Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction superintendent experience in MULTIFAMILY ground-up construction industry with a minimum of 2 podium projects completed
• Podium-style project experience required
• Bachelor's/Associates degree in Construction/Business Management preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage daily onsite operations including project staff and subcontractors
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet project goals within time frame and budget
• Ensure successful schedule, budget, client satisfaction and safety on large sites
• Lead and mentor project team to deliver podium multifamily projects on time and within budget
