Skills

8+ years working with structural concrete

Multi-Family construction experience

Proven track record of site leadership

Contractor, subcontractor, and vendor coordination experience

Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

Working Knowledge of software: Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam & Adobe, Procore
