Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial construction site supervision and/or project management.
• Proven experience directing ground-up & Tenant Improvement projects start-to-finish.
• Proven track record coordinating with subcontractors, material suppliers, project owners, architects and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field construction to complete work on schedule, within budget and to the specified quality.
• Lead on-site staff and promote positive project morale.
• Review drawings, specs and addenda; assist PM with on-site procedures.
• Develop and refine Project Schedule with PM and ensure updates meet deadlines.
• Plan and review construction program, safety practices and site layout.
