Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing construction on multi-story residential or hotel projects.
• Strong reading of plumbing plans and specifications.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily plumbing scopes on large, vertically stacked projects.
• Lead subcontractor crews to hit schedule milestones and productivity goals.
• Ensure installations meet Horizon quality, specs, and codes.
• Manage onsite material inventory and coordinate inspections.
• Produce daily and weekly progress reports.
