Job summary

Horizon Services in Delaware is seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman to plan, direct, and coordinate construction and maintenance of plumbing systems. You will supervise technicians, oversee scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, and help hire and discipline staff.

You will review project plans, ensure code compliance, coordinate with owners, consultants, and subcontractors, and drive quality control and safety programs on site.

Responsibilities

• Confer with owners, technicians, or design professionals to discuss work procedures and resolve issues
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate plumbing project activities to meet deadlines
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports
• Inspect projects to monitor compliance with building, safety, and environmental regulations
• Direct and supervise plumbing technicians and related workers
• Develop or implement quality control programs
• Oversee contracts with consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors
• Ensure safe operation of company vehicles and enforce safety rules on site
