Job summary

Horizon is seeking a dependable and experienced Multi-family Plumbing Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale, vertically stacked projects such as apartments and hotels. You will lead subcontractor crews, coordinate schedules, ensure code-compliant installations, and maintain safety and quality on the jobsite.

The role requires 5+ years in plumbing construction on multi-story projects, strong leadership and planning skills, and the ability to read complex plumbing plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in plumbing construction on multi-story, stacked residential or hospitality projects.
• Ability to read and interpret multifamily plumbing construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred/required where applicable.
• State plumbing licenses are not required for all projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plumbing operations on large-scale, vertically stacked multi-unit projects such as apartments and hotels.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractor crews to maintain productivity and project schedules.
• Ensure plumbing installations meet company standards, project specs, and local codes.
• Manage onsite material inventory and support efficient project execution.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain communication with local jurisdictions.
• Verify layouts and installations from underground through trim-out.

Job DescriptionHorizon is a leading national multifamily plumbing contractor with projects across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Colorado, and other growing markets.We are seeking a dependable and experienced Multi-family Plumbing Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on large-scale, vertically stacked multi-unit construction projects, including multifamily apartments and hotels.
