Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Huntington Beach, CA. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems to keep our community well-maintained. The position requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to share on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to rotate on-call schedule each month.
• Good communication with team and residents for service requests.
• Ability to read policies and SDS and follow safety procedures.
• Knowledge of PPE and safe handling of chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Complete service requests promptly and meet standards.
• Ensure vacant homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on apartments.
• Assist in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintain safety culture and follow Vivmark policies.
• Perform hot works including brazing, soldering, and welding per standards.
