Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience in building services.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing basics.
• Ability to read and follow Maintenance policies and SDS.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs promptly to keep properties in good condition.
• Ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner and perform turnkey work as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist in painting interior/exterior surfaces.
