Foshee Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV to support an apartment community in Andalusia, AL 36421. The role is hands-on, solving problems to keep the community running smoothly day-to-day.

Pay ranges from $26.00 to $29.00 per hour. The role offers opportunities for advancement to Maintenance V, with a requirement of 5+ years of maintenance experience and EPA/HVAC certification. On-call rotation and teamwork are part of the job.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems installation and repairs.
• EPA & HVAC certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable responding to after-hours service calls.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Aufgaben

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• HVAC systems installation and repairs including compressors, condensers and air handlers.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow all OSHA and safety regulations.
• Provide strong customer service when interacting with community members.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks as needed.
• Train for advancement to a Maintenance V (Supervisor) position.
