Job summary

Foshee Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician IV to support a Mobile, AL apartment community. This hands-on role focuses on keeping the property running smoothly and safely, with opportunities for advancement and on-call rotation.

The position requires strong HVAC, electrical and plumbing skills, EPA/HVAC certification, and a commitment to safety and customer service. Full-time, on-site work in Mobile, AL 36608 with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily settings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation and repairs.
• EPA & HVAC certification required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable responding to after-hours service calls.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• HVAC systems installation and repairs: compressors, condensers and air handlers.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations.
• Provide strong customer service when interacting with community members.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks.
• Train for advancement to a Maintenance V (Supervisor) position.
