Foshee Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician IV for a Mobile, AL apartment community. The role involves hands-on repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry, plus on-site service calls and an on-call rotation.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, EPA/HVAC certification, and strong problem-solving abilities. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably multifamily.
• HVAC installation and repair knowledge.
• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with after-hours service calls.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• HVAC systems installation and repairs including compressors, condensers and air handlers.
• Troubleshoot appliances and building systems.
• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations.
• Provide strong customer service to community members.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and other tasks.
• Train for advancement to Maintenance V (Supervisor).
