Foshee Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician IV to support our Andalusia, AL community. This hands-on role focuses on advanced maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to keep our property running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance (multifamily preferred), with EPA/HVAC certification, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably multifamily
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation and repairs
• EPA & HVAC certification required
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• HVAC system installation and repairs including compressors, condensers and air handlers
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations
• Provide strong customer service when interacting with residents
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Assist with preventative maintenance and other tasks
• Train for advancement to Maintenance V (Supervisor) position

What You’ll Do

• Performadvanced maintenance and repairsincludingHVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry
• HVAC systems installation and repairs: including compressors, condensers and air handlers
• Troubleshoot and repairappliances and building systems

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ year of maintenance experience(multifamily preferred)
