Job summary

Foshee Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to support one of our apartment communities in Mobile, AL 36609. This role emphasizes hands-on work and solving problems to keep a community running smoothly day to day.

You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks, troubleshoot appliances, follow OSHA regulations, and provide strong customer service to residents. On-call rotation and advancement to Maintenance IV are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
• EPA & HVAC certification required.
• Minor plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations.
• Provide strong customer service when interacting with community members.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks as needed.
• Train for advancement to a Maintenance IV position.
