Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Portland to oversee our multifamily community infrastructure. You will lead the maintenance team, manage schedules, and coordinate repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.

The role requires extensive experience in facilities maintenance, plus EPA Universal Certification; CPO is a plus. You will drive safety, efficiency, and responsive service for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in facilities maintenance for multifamily or hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting.
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• Experience with a 300+ unit multifamily community.

Responsibilities

• Set scope, budget tracking, and management of maintenance projects.
• Plan and oversee preventative actions for safety and operations.
• Lead maintenance team scheduling and performance.
• Direct and oversee work orders and unit turns with customer service.
• Maintain inventory of basic tools and organize supplies.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems before repairs.
• Handle on-call service requests and emergency calls.
