RHM Real Estate Group seeks a hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee upkeep of its multi-family communities in Madison, OH. You will lead maintenance tasks, supervise staff, and manage costs while ensuring repairs meet safety and quality standards.

Key duties include coordinating contractors, inspecting units, prioritizing resident safety, and ensuring move-out readiness within 3–5 days. Strong leadership, communication, and diverse trade skills are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• Proven skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance team and promote a professional, courteous atmosphere with residents and staff.
• Coordinate contractors and on-call coverage to address urgent repairs.
• Ensure curb appeal of exteriors and common areas and monitor safety compliance.
• Ensure units are ready within 3–5 days of move-out and complete all maintenance requests with proper paperwork.
