LeoForce in Tampa, FL is seeking a dynamic Superintendent for Multifamily Projects to lead large-scale concrete construction efforts. The role requires a solid background in multifamily work, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and with top safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will manage project teams, coordinate with engineers, architects, and field staff, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Superintendent in multifamily construction.
• Proven track record delivering multifamily projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM or Civil Engineering.
• CCM or PMP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from pre-construction to closeout.
• Ensure work meets specs, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, engineers, architects, and field staff.
• Maintain high safety, quality, and productivity standards on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress against plans.
• Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal team.
• Resolve issues or disputes promptly during construction.
• Prepare and submit project reports, updates, and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
