Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Superintendent / Project Manager to oversee multifamily residential construction in the Greater Boston area. The role combines field leadership with project management, focusing on ground-up work, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering high-quality, on-time projects.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of construction leadership, a proven ground-up multifamily track record, strong communication, and urban-project experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction leadership experience.
• Experience managing ground-up multifamily or major residential renovation projects.
• Ability to lead projects independently from preconstruction to completion.
• Urban construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on multifamily residential construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and overall project execution.
• Partner with ownership, architects, engineers, and clients to proactively resolve issues.
• Utilize construction management software to maintain project documentation, schedules, and communication.
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Mentor field personnel and contribute to the continued growth of the construction team.
