Job summary

Stoa Group is looking for a Superintendent in Greenville, North Carolina, to lead construction of The Flats at Greenville, a 312-unit multifamily community. You will own execution of core building phases, coordinating MEP systems and subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in construction, especially in multifamily projects, and will be proficient with Procore software. We offer competitive compensation, health insurance, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or residential construction.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field documentation and project status communication.
