Job summary

Stoa Group seeks a Superintendent to lead field execution for The Waters at Bartlett, a 312-unit ground-up multifamily community in Bartlett, TN. You will own the critical middle phases, coordinating MEP, inspections, subcontractors, and field operations from open wall through insulation, in collaboration with the Lead Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Manager.

You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while maintaining strong communication and documentation

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily, commercial, or residential construction experience.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage active field operations.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, open wall sequencing, inspections, and field execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and submittals.
• OSHA safety knowledge and jobsite safety practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the core building phases from open wall through insulation.
• Coordinate MEP trades, inspections, and subcontractor work.
• Maintain accurate field documentation and communicate status with teams.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, submittals, and quality standards.
• Support schedule execution and maintain production flow.
