Job summary

Stoa Group is seeking a Lead Superintendent to guide field execution for The Waters at Bartlett, a ground-up multifamily project in Bartlett, TN. You will own the middle phases, coordinate MEP trades, inspections, and open wall work, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule align with project goals.

You will partner with the Superintendent team and Project Manager, maintain Procore records, and drive accountability while building lasting relationships with subcontractors to keep multiple

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or residential construction.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing field operations.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, open wall sequencing, inspections, and jobsite execution.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and scopes of work.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and jobsite safety practices.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining productive working relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the critical middle phases of construction, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and on schedule with high quality.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices; maintain a clean, organized jobsite; address safety concerns promptly.
• Own quality throughout MEP, open wall, insulation, stairs, and railing phases; complete Procore inspections and observations.
• Execute scheduled work within your area of ownership; coordinate subcontractors to maintain production flow; anticipate risks and remove roadblocks.
• Coordinate MEP trades, inspections, and subcontractor work; manage MEP open wall as-built documentation; support smooth phase transitions.
• Maintain accurate field documentation in Procore; track inspections, progress, and activities; communicate status and solutions to teams.
