Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects in the Santa Clara area. You will oversee sitework, foundations, podium, framing, MEP, and interiors, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple trades.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in field leadership on large multifamily builds, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors, inspectors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction field experience with progressive Superintendent responsibilities.
• Strong ground-up multifamily construction experience required.
• Experience managing projects from sitework through final completion.
• Understanding of podium, Type III/Type V, wood-frame, and concrete construction.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and tight schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and site safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects.
• Manage all phases from mobilization to turnover, including sitework, foundations, and MEP.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and trade sequencing.
• Direct subcontractors and field personnel to ensure productivity, quality and safety.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, inspections, and site logistics.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings to meet milestones.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; identify constructability issues.
