Gorman & Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Oregon, WI to lead multifamily projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will own schedules, budgets, trade coordination, quality, and stakeholder communication while working with diverse teams. Travel approx.

20% of the time. You should have 7–10 years of construction experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, and strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction experience on large-scale multifamily projects.
• Experience from pre-construction through closeout with budgeting and scheduling expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Experience with affordable housing and programmatic requirements preferred.
• Strong financial/analytical skills and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of multifamily projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, logistics, procurement, and occupancy plans.
• Establish and manage budgets, contracts, and change orders while tracking costs.
• Lead subcontractor coordination, buyout, and sequencing to resolve issues.
• Oversee quality, codes, safety, and owner expectations; ensure documentation and reporting.
• Support Superintendents and project teams; coordinate across departments and stakeholders.
