Gorman & Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Oregon, WI to lead multifamily projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will own schedules, budgets, trade coordination, quality, and stakeholder communication while working with diverse teams. Travel approx.

20% of the time. You should have 7–10 years of construction experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, and strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

## Construction Project ManagerApply: Oregon, WI: Full time: Posted Today: JR100486Join our team as a Construction Project Manager!Gorman & Company is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at our Oregon Corporate Office! In this role, you’ll lead multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, taking ownership of project schedules, budgets, trade coordination, quality, and stakeholder communication while working closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and internal teams.
