You will manage a crew of 20-40 employees, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while coordinating all aspects of construction. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership skills and 10+ years of experience in trades. Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience within trades (plumbing, electrical, drywall, framing, etc.).
• Proven ability to oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance.
• Experience with occupied units and communication with tenants/owners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Budget and organize project implementation and scheduling.
• Read plans/layouts for all trades.

Skills

Leadership and human resources management skills

Working knowledge of multifamily remodel construction

Proficient with computer software and scheduling programs

Ability to manage crew sizes of 20-40 employees

High level of communication
