Gorman & Company, with an Oregon Corporate Office, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will own schedules, budgets, trade coordination, quality, and stakeholder communication while collaborating with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and internal teams.

This role travels ~20% across the portfolio. Required: 7–10 years in construction leadership, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management,

• 7–10 years of construction experience, with multifamily exposure.
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, Section 3) preferred.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with budgets, forecasts, and change orders.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, logistics, procurement, and occupancy plans.
• Establish and manage budgets, track costs, forecast variances, and handle change orders.
• Coordinate subs and trades, including buyout, scheduling, and scope resolution.
• Ensure quality and code compliance; maintain project documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Support Superintendents and project teams across departments.
