Job summary

You will manage all project phases from discovery through development and execution, maintaining safety standards and client relations. The role requires a proven record with a commercial general contractor, a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business (or equivalent experience), and strong multi-project leadership along with proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
• A four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable.
• Ability to execute multiple project management efforts.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintains adherence to safety standards.
• Monitors the progress of projects through updated schedules.
• Negotiates terms and conditions of contracts with clients.
• Ensures that the project Quality Control Plan is followed.
• Leads preconstruction and RFP package efforts.
