Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a four‑year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including work with a general contractor
• Experience in a project management role with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and required documentation
• Create and manage project budgets for all assigned projects
• Develop and collaborate on pre-construction RFP packages
• Conduct project meetings and set milestones with monthly owner reports
• Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, pay apps) and approve changes
• Perform scheduling and ensure project quality control and logistics
• Manage closeout process efficiently
• Coordinate with customers to discuss needs and how services meet them
• Supervise assistant operations roles and collaborate with superintendent and site operations team
