Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager for mission-critical facilities in Falls Church, VA. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, track schedules, and communicate with clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with the highest quality standards.

The role requires a strong background in commercial construction, a degree in construction-related fields, and proven PM experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a 4-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with software: ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets for assigned projects.
• Coordinate pre-construction, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare monthly owner reports.
• Monitor project scheduling, quality control and logistics.
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
