Embark Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager for multifamily construction in Cleveland, OH. You will lead ground-up apartment, condo, and mixed-use projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budgets, and stakeholder coordination from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with a general contractor, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore or Primavera P6.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience managing ground-up multifamily projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and cost control knowledge.
• Proficient in project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project).
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, minutes, reports).
• Monitor progress, address scheduling conflicts and scope changes.
• Ensure work complies with contracts, codes, and quality standards.
• Lead regular project meetings and update clients and leadership.
