Job summary

Embark Recruiting Solutions in Cleveland, OH seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager for multifamily construction. You will manage ground-up apartment, condo, and mixed-use projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating schedules, budgets, subs, and client relationships to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of GC experience with multifamily projects, strong scheduling and cost-control skills, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management with a general contractor.
• Experience managing multifamily ground-up apartment, condo, or mixed-use projects.
• Ability to read/interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate owners, developers, architects, engineers, subs, and internal teams.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes and contract documents.
