Job summary

JPI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the lifecycle of two or more construction projects, from pre-development through closeout, ensuring work proceeds on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager.
• Construction experience in large-scale multi-family projects.
• Excellent communication, organization, management, and people skills.
• Knowledge of estimating and scheduling practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of two or more construction projects from pre-development to closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Review plan sets for coordination and completeness; provide VE recommendations.
• Select subcontractors and manage bids; issue subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety standards and proper project documentation; close out projects.
