Job summary

JPI is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Seattle to lead the lifecycle of multiple large-scale multifamily projects. You will drive pre-development input on design, cost, and schedule, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure submissions, budgets, and timelines are aligned with Owner expectations.

The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and adherence to safety standards, with collaboration across JPI departments to deliver on-budget, on-time results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in multi-family construction management.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of 2+ construction projects from pre-development to closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules; provide VE input.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and field staff; ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare and issue subcontracts, pay applications and change orders; maintain docs.
• Provide progress reports to partners and senior management.
