Job summary

Bryten is seeking a Sr. Constructions Project Manager to lead capital improvement and renovation projects for multifamily properties. You will oversee scope development, bidding, construction, punch, warranty, and closeout while coordinating with contractors, engineers, and property teams.

You will monitor budgets, schedules, invoices, change orders, forecasts, and overall project performance, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to plans. Travel to sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily renovations or similar capital projects.
• Experience from planning/scope through completion of projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building systems, scheduling, quality and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital improvement and renovation projects from scope to closeout.
• Visit sites to review progress and verify work against plans.
• Develop scopes, coordinate bidding, review proposals, and assist with contractor selection.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, invoices, change orders, forecasts, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Provide updates on status, budgets, schedules, milestones and risk areas.
• Support long-term capital planning via site observations and budgeting.
• Assist with inspections, maintenance needs, and vendor coordination.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members; contribute to process improvements and best practices.
