Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers multi-state payroll for multiple entities using ADP Workforce.
• Reviews deductions: levies, garnishments, 401(k), benefits.
• Prepares payroll reports for management and audits.
• Handles quarter/year-end payroll processes and W-2s.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state/local payroll taxes.
• Supports process improvements for efficiency and controls.
• Maintains payroll records and data security per policy.
• Collaborates with finance for GL mappings and reconciliations.
