Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Multi-Site General Manager to lead and coach a high-performing team across properties, drive occupancy and guest satisfaction, and manage financial performance. The role emphasizes strong relationships with owners, residents, and vendors, with a focus on market leadership and operational excellence.

The candidate brings 5+ years in property management or related fields, a 4-year degree or equivalent, and proficiency with YARDI and GAAP.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Track record of building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Track record of building relationships with clients, investors, ownership groups and vendors.
• Experience managing a budget and/or P&L.
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI) and related programs.
• Strong financial skills with knowledge of GAAP.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach team to align with Bozzuto's values and culture.
• Inspire the team to execute sales, marketing and operational activities to meet occupancy and retention goals.
• Manage the property's financial performance according to the budget.
• Coach team members to understand their contribution to the big picture.
• Deliver timely financial and operational reports to clients and ownership groups.
