Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in property management and meeting targets.
• Experience with industry software systems; preferably Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property admin, reporting, audits and renewals.
• Manage delinquency, rental collections, posting rents and lawsuits as needed.
• Support leasing benchmarks and resident retention through goals and outreach.
