Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Multi-site programs in the Miami area. You will lead multiple concurrent projects across distributed portfolios, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance while aligning with governance standards.

You will manage pre-construction through handoff, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver data-driven updates to clients. This role requires a PMP credential, 7+ years of PM experience, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a program or multi-site environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification required.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong financial acumen including budget management, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, and financial systems like Certinia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate delivery models including construction management, agency, and at-risk contracting structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects across a client's distributed portfolio, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and program quality standards.
• Oversee all project phases from scoping and scheduling through construction, closeout, and client handoff.
• Collaborate with centralized scheduling, procurement, reporting, and cross-functional teams to deliver at scale.
• Provide executive-level updates, governance adherence, and client satisfaction reviews.
• Maintain accurate portfolio-level reporting and leverage tools to drive data-driven decisions.
