Job summary

MPI is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex mid-rise and high-rise multifamily and mixed-use developments in the Miami market. You will oversee preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, client relationships, and overall financial performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Extensive experience with mid-rise and high-rise multifamily and mixed-use developments.
• Proven delivery on projects ranging from $50M to $300M+.
• Strong understanding of building systems, MEP coordination, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of mid-rise and high-rise projects.
• Manage project teams including PMs, field staff, and superintendents.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and risk strategies.
• Oversee contract negotiations, buyout, and subcontractor procurement.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, cost controls, and reporting.
• Collaborate with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and authorities.
• Lead OAC meetings and provide updates to leadership and clients.
• Drive project closeout, turnover, warranty, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop junior PMs and staff.
