The role oversees field crews, coordinates with customers and contractors, and ensures safety, quality, and project alignment with budget and schedules. Travel up to 90% is required, with strong emphasis on leadership and problem-solving in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop and multi-site field operations for fabrication, assembly, delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electromechanical equipment.
• Direct equipment installation and commissioning across multiple job sites to align with specifications and schedules.
• Plan staffing, resources, schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and within budget.
