Job summary

BridgeBio Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead operations across a five-site portfolio and serve as the operational partner for the Palo Alto executive headquarters.

You will manage site coordinators, ensure safe and welcoming workplaces, and coordinate with IT, Security, People Operations, and Finance. You will oversee executive liaison work with ~30 Executive Assistants, drive onboarding/offboarding workflows, events, and cross-functional projects, while maintaining

Qualifications

• 7+ years in office management or workplace operations.
• 3+ years of people management, coaching, scheduling, and team leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site operations across offices and campuses.
• Strong vendor, budget, contract, and event-management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Leadership & Site Coordinator Management across five locations.
• Executive Headquarters & EA support for Palo Alto HQ and leadership meetings.
