Job summary

BridgeBio Inc. is seeking an Office Manager, Multi‑Site & Executive Operations to oversee a five‑site portfolio and the Palo Alto executive headquarters.

You will lead site coordinators, establish service standards, and ensure safe, welcoming offices that support employees, executives, visitors, and priorities. You will partner with 30 Executive Assistants, manage facilities, events, and cross‑functional projects, and maintain high discretion and confidentiality in a fast‑paced biotech

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, hospitality, executive services, or a related field.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience leading operations across multiple offices, buildings, or regions in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach, and develop site coordinators for multiple locations.
• Set standards, schedules, coverage plans, and performance goals across sites.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, executive visits, and high-touch events with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee reception, visitor management, and workplace readiness across all sites.
• Manage vendors, budgets, invoices, contracts, and cost-saving opportunities.
