Job summary

InPwr, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee our multi-site operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and disruption-free facilities nationwide.

You will lead preventive maintenance, manage capital projects, and drive cost controls while coordinating with Safety and other departments. The role requires 5+ years in facilities management, strong vendor negotiation skills, and a proven track record of operational leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities or building operations management.
• Experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
• Experience negotiating and managing vendor contracts.
• Strong organizational discipline for multi-site operations.
• Clear communicator with solution-oriented mindset.
• High level of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations across multiple sites.
• Maintain standards for cleanliness, appearance, and general workplace readiness.
• Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and security systems operate reliably.
• Manage access controls, keys/badges, and after-hours access.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Maintain inventory and documentation for facility assets and warranties.
• Coordinate safety, emergency plans, and business continuity.
