Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Facilities Leader to oversee a team of Facilities Coordinators across a broad US territory, ensuring reliable building operations and maintenance.

You will set performance expectations, manage vendor contracts, monitor KPIs, lead cost-saving initiatives, and drive mid-to-large facility projects, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional after-hours support. A bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of facilities management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience managing a division or staff.
• Experience in multi-unit facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Facilities Coordinators across multiple locations.
• Set performance expectations and coach team members.
• Manage vendor strategy, contracts, and pricing.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Analyze spend and budget data to identify cost savings.
• Oversee subcontractor sourcing and onboarding.
• Oversee billing operations and GL coding.
• Plan and oversee mid-to-large scale facilities projects.
• Serve as escalation point for complex facility issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on facilities initiatives.
• Availability Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with after-hours support as needed.
• Occasional travel may be required.
