The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Facilities Leader to oversee a team of Facilities Coordinators across a broad US territory, ensuring reliable building operations and maintenance.
You will set performance expectations, manage vendor contracts, monitor KPIs, lead cost-saving initiatives, and drive mid-to-large facility projects, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional after-hours support. A bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of facilities management experience are preferred.

The candidate selected for this challenging opportunity will possess strong leadership skills alongside exceptional customer service instincts and a demonstrated 'sense of urgency. A minimum of 5-7 years' experience managing a division or staff is required, including staff management, process development, and performance oversight. Skill in both verbal and written communications meet the needs of different customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Significant prior experience in multi-unit facilities management concepts and best practices is required, along with a track record of negotiating vendor contracts and managing vendor relationships strategically. delegate and to work in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple concurrent projects and team priorities is essential. Experience with medical or dental equipment care, maintenance, and operation is strongly preferred. Critical to this role will be strong analytical and critical thinking skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to make real-time decisions under pressure. This role will likely involve occasional travel and a flexible schedule. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with several years of progressive experience in facilities management, ideally including prior supervisory or management experience.
