Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across Bala Cynwyd, PA sites and beyond. The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, and high-quality resident service.

You will supervise technicians, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely completion of service tickets while upholding Bozzuto's core values. Qualified candidates have extensive trades education, 7+ years in maintenance, and HVAC/EPA/NAPE certification.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance.
• Experience hiring, developing and retaining high performing teams.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and model Bozzuto values and culture.
• Hire, develop and train techs and community care staff.
• Address resident service tickets with timely follow-up.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues.
• Oversee make-ready and turnover to support leasing.
