Job summary

Freeman Webb Company is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple communities in the Huntsville area. You will build and lead teams, manage budgets, safety, leasing, and resident relations while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with the Regional Property Manager, improving occupancy and performance, and ensuring financial reporting and maintenance standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings weekly and maintain daily inspection records.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; provide leadership and coaching.
• Oversee marketing, leasing, and resident relations to maximize occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies; coordinate with HR and regional managers.
• Manage accounting procedures, banking deposits, and vendor relations.

Education

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
