Job summary

Freeman Webb Company in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more communities. You will build and lead teams, manage budgeting and safety programs, and coordinate with regional leadership to drive performance of residential properties.

• Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operations of multiple communities.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and coordinating with regional leadership.
• Knowledge of budgeting, safety, and regulatory compliance for property management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations, safety program, and facilities maintenance.
• Supervise on-site staff and provide leadership to achieve community goals.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Direct marketing, leasing, and resident relations activities.
• Ensure accounting procedures, vendor payments, and reporting are accurate.
• Monitor lease execution, renewals, and move-ins/outs.
• Manage emergency procedures and compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with eviction processes as required and in coordination with management.
