Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Commissioning Program Manager to lead the national commissioning program across multiple construction projects for a single client.

You will establish standards, oversee execution, and support field teams to ensure systems are planned, installed, tested and documented per performance, quality and safety requirements. You will mentor a team, coordinate with owners, design teams, contractors, and vendors, and drive successful handover of high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, building systems or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, MEP systems, or related technical field with 5+ years in data center commissioning.
• Strong understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, life safety).
• Proven experience leading commissioning activities on complex or large-scale projects.
• Experience coordinating with owners, design teams, contractors, and vendors in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commissioning procedures, standards, and best practices across projects.
• Lead commissioning project delivery strategies and staffing for multiple sites.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings with equipment vendors, subcontractors, and owner representatives.
• Monitor commissioning progress, risks, issues, and KPI metrics; report to management.
• Provide on-site support to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful commissioning execution.
